9. SECOND READING – O-1 -11 AMENDING THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.
This Ordinance codifies the promulgation of regulations regarding the type and method of covering commercial vehicles in order to comply with the Town Code.
10. PUBLIC HEARING - GAST PARK MASTER PLAN
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
This item has been added to the agenda by CM Eldridge to provide for an amendment to the Gast Park Master Plan. Attached is what was sent to the surrounding residents.
11. RESOLUTION R-8-10 SUPPORTING THE POINTE AT CHEVERLY
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
The developer’s agreement with the Prince George’s County Redevelopment Authority is up for renewal and a request has been made for the Town to pass a resolution in support of the development. The Resolution will be available next week.
